To our wonderful patients:

We hope you and your family all in good health. While many things have changed and our new normal may look slightly different for the foreseeable future, one thing that has remained the same: our commitment to patient safety while providing the best dental care for you and your family.

Infection control along with providing a safe and clean environment has always been a top priority at our practice.  Since our re-opening on Wednesday, May 6. 2020 we want to continue to assure you that we are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) just as we do on a normal basis.  However, during this time, we are taking extra precautions to ensure patient and staff safety and we would like to share a few of these new precautions with you.

Beginning Wednesday May 6, 2020 we are permitted to start conducting routine and elective procedures and these are some of the changes you will notice.

As our office reaches out for scheduling, we will be asking screening questions related to Covid-19 and will again ask those questions upon arrival for your appointment.
Upon arrival, staff will greet you as you come into the office with any paperwork, ask screening questions, and conduct a temperature check.
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer (provided for you) upon entering the office.
Appointments will be staggered to allow for social distancing once inside the office and we ask that you limit any accompanying guests to no more than 1.
All staff will be using extra personal protective equipment (PPE) during this time to minimize risk.
As always, each room will be fully disinfected in between each patient.

If you had appointments scheduled during our closure, we will be reaching out to you to reschedule, but should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office anytime.  If you wish to make an appointment, please call our office at 615-889-7363 or visit our website to make an appointment online. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the date and time.

We ask that you please be patient with us and understanding during this time as we try to navigate this new normal while ensuring your safety each and every visit.  We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming our patients and friends back to the practice next week.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kendrick and the Staff at Kendrick Dental
